Holliewood Brows & Beauty proudly serves the Grand Strand, specializing in advanced beauty and permanent makeup services. Our offerings include Nano Brows, Lash Line Enhancement, Lip Blushing, Fine Line Tattoos, as well as waxing, threading, tinting, and brow lamination services.

Formally established in 2020, Holliewood Brows & Beauty, LLC is owned and operated by husband-and-wife team Cole and Hollie Vatcher. We are fully permitted by the Brunswick County Health Department, licensed by the North Carolina State Board of Cosmetic Arts, and professionally insured. Our skilled technicians have received extensive training and certification from some of the nation’s leading permanent makeup artists, ensuring the highest standards of quality and safety.

Let's Meet Your Business Owner, PMU Master Artist, & Trainer - Hollie!

​

Hollie, owner of Holliewood Brows & Beauty, is an award-winning makeup artist and a licensed esthetician in both North Carolina and South Carolina. She holds multiple advanced certifications in microblading, powder brows, nano brows, brow tattoo removal, and lash line enhancement. Hollie earned her esthetician certification from Strand College of Hair Design in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina, in July 2019.

​

Before specializing in permanent makeup, Hollie built a strong foundation in makeup artistry and demonstrated exceptional skill through competitive achievements. In June 2019, she earned first place overall at the Premiere Orlando Beauty Show in Orlando, Florida, winning a special effects makeup competition against both students and seasoned professionals. That same year, she also placed first overall in the Women’s Evening Makeup category at the ACSP South Carolina State Cosmetology Competition.

With a lifelong passion for brows, Hollie aspired to offer permanent makeup services even before beginning esthetician school. She is deeply committed to ongoing education and professional growth, continually refining her craft alongside her clients. Her long-term vision includes expanding into a larger studio, offering additional services, and providing professional training to aspiring permanent makeup artists.

Let's Meet Our Director of Operations - Cole!

 

Cole is the co-owner and office manager of Holliewood Brows & Beauty, as well as Hollie’s husband and business partner. In July 2021, he completed extensive training in Scalp Micropigmentation (SMP) under one of the leading SMP artists on the East Coast at Scalp Carolinas in Charlotte, North Carolina.

​

With a diverse professional background spanning property preservation, sales, retail, and stock trading, Cole brings a well-rounded and strategic perspective to the business. Originally from San Diego, California, he later relocated to South Carolina during his high school years, adding a unique blend of West Coast and Southern influence to his professional approach.

​

At Holliewood Brows & Beauty, Cole has previously provided a variety of services and maintains a strong understanding of all permanent makeup offerings. He has since transitioned away from service-based work to focus on business operations and growth. In his current role, Cole oversees office management, customer service, social media, content creation, recruitment, and accounting, ensuring the day-to-day operations run efficiently and seamlessly.

​​Let's Meet Our Esthetician and PMU Artist - Maya!

 

Maya is a licensed esthetician in both South Carolina and North Carolina, having earned her credentials in 2022 after completing the esthetics program at Horry-Georgetown Technical College. She previously worked with Ulta Beauty as a Master Benefit Brow Artist, where she specialized in comprehensive brow services including lamination, waxing, shaping, tinting, and threading.

​

Maya joined Holliewood Brows & Beauty in June 2024 after completing a Beginner Nano Brows training with Hollie in March 2024. During her training, Hollie recognized Maya’s exceptional potential, technical ability, and natural talent, making her a seamless addition to the HB&B team. Maya is deeply passionate about brows and is dedicated to ensuring every client leaves feeling confident and in love with their results—whether through enhancement or permanent artistry.

At Holliewood Brows & Beauty, Maya offers a full range of esthetic services, including brow waxing, tinting, lamination, threading, facial waxing, facial threading, lash lifts, and lash tints. After completing her Nano Brows apprenticeship under Hollie in December 2024, she has expanded her services to include Lash Line Enhancement and Fine Line Tattoos.
