You understand that Fine Line Tattoos are considered permanent; however, they do have a tendency to fade and soften faster than a traditional tattoo. A touch up may be recommended for optimal results. A touch up can be booked 4+ weeks after the initial session has been completed. Touch ups for fine line tattoos are not commonly needed.

You understand that Maya will not accept tattoo requests for placements on the face, buttocks, private areas (genitals), armpit, palms of the hands, bottom of the feet, and / or any other location on the body that is difficult to access.

You understand that you have the right to receive a patch test at least 3 days prior to your requested appointment.

You understand that you will not be serviced if you have had an allergic reaction in the past to tattoo ink, certain metals, or common numbing agents such as lidocaine, benzocaine, or tetracaine.

Please allow up to 72 hours to receive a confirmation for your appointment request. If accepted, we will send you an invoice to collect a $25 booking fee. Upon receipt of your booking fee, Maya will schedule your appointment and begin working on your design.
