Permanent Makeup Shadowing - With Hollie

Service Description

Shadowing is the perfect opportunity to get a behind the scenes look at how Hollie performs permanent makeup services on her clients. You can shadow for Nano Brows, Lip Blushing, Eyeliner, or a combination of everything depending on what you choose to shadow. You can choose to shadow: Half Day / 1 Client: $500.00 Full Day / 2 Clients: $850.00 If you book a full day of shadowing, you will receive a small goodie bag with some of Hollie's favorite procedure products + a $500.00 credit to use towards of her future permanent makeup trainings. The purpose of shadowing is to watch and learn from a visual and auditory perspective. You can take notes while you are watching the services being performed and questions can be asked after the service has been concluded and the client has left the studio. ***Filming and / or taking photos is not permitted out of respect for the client's privacy*** SHADOWING REQUEST INSTRUCTIONS: 1. Let us know if you would like to shadow for: Half Day / 1 Client (or) Full Day / 2 Clients Let us know if you would like to shadow for: Nano Brows, Lip Blush, Eyeliner, or Two Service Types 3. Tell us what your preferred timeline is to get in for a shadowing appointment We will do our best to respond back to you in less than 48-72 hours with optional shadow dates and times if we have availability during your requested preferred timeline. If your shadowing appointment request has been accepted, we will send you an invoice link to collect your booking deposit of $100.00-$200.00 (depending on if you're shadowing for a half day or a full day) which will also serve as your non-refundable booking deposit. Your deposit can be transferred to another date and time if your original requested date and time no longer works for you. Your deposit will go towards your remaining balance due on the day of your shadowing appointment before Hollie begins servicing her client. Example: Sara requested to book shadowing for a full day with Hollie for Nano Brows and Lip Blushing in two weeks. Sara paid a shadowing deposit of $200.00 and the remaining balance that she will pay on her shadow day is $650.00. She will receive a goodie bag as well as a $500.00 credit towards one of Hollie's future trainings.

Cancellation Policy

If you need to CANCEL your appointment, you will need to contact us directly (910) 629-2769. Appointments can be cancelled as long as you are canceling 48 hours or more before your scheduled appointment date and time. Your deposit will be forfeited. ***All booking deposits are non-refundable*** If you CANCEL your appointment less than 48 hours before your scheduled appointment date and time, your booking deposit will be forfeited and you will be required to book a new appointment with a new deposit. If you NO CALL / NO SHOW your appointment, your booking deposit will be forfeited. If you would like to book another appointment you will be required to pay at least 50% of the total service cost for that appointment up front in order for your booking to be confirmed and accepted. NO CALL / NO SHOW will only be allowed one time per client before him or her will be banned from booking any future appointments. If you need to RESCHEDULE your appointment, you will need to contact us directly (910) 629-2769. You can reschedule your appointment with your booking deposit transferred if more than 48 hours notice is given. We will allow you to reschedule your appointment twice. Your appointment will be cancelled if you attempt to reschedule a third time, you will need to book a new appointment with a new deposit. Reschedules will not be accepted if less than 48 hours notice is given. Your appointment will be cancelled and your booking deposit will be forfeited. You will need to book a new appointment with a new deposit. I'm running late to my appointment, can I still come? We will give you a 15 minute grace period if you are running late to your appointment. If you arrive later than 15 minutes, we will need to cancel your appointment so we are not running behind and rushing your service. Your booking deposit will be forfeited. You will need to book a new appointment with a new deposit. Please contact us if you know you are going to be late as we might be able to make accommodations to keep your appointment.
