Service Description
You're super excited for your transformation but Hollie's services tend to book out for several months in advance which is kind of a bummer, we get it! You now have the option to either wait and book the next available appointment (OR) you can request to book Hollie on one of her days off which will usually be on a Monday or Tuesday. APPOINTMENT REQUEST INSTRUCTIONS: 1. Contact Holliewood Brows & Beauty by phone: (910) 629-2769, email: Holliewoodbrows@gmail.com, or fill out our contact form here on the website 2. Let us know which service(s) you're interested in having done (Brows, Lips, Liner, or a Package) and if you already have an existing appointment booked 3. Review the information on the FAQ tab on this website to make sure you are a good candidate for the service(s) for which you are interested in having done 4. Tell us what your preferred timeline is to get in for an appointment We will do our best to respond back to you in less than 48-72 hours with appointment dates and times if we have availability during your requested preferred timeline. If your appointment request has been accepted, we will send you an invoice link to collect your Skip The Line fee of $250.00 which will also serve as your non-refundable booking deposit. Your remaining balance due will be the total cost of the service(s) for which you are booking. Example: Sara requested to book a Skip The Line appointment for Nano Brows next week on Monday. Sara paid a Skip The Line fee of $250.00 and the remaining balance that she will pay on Monday is $600.00 (plus her $25.00 booking deposit for her touch up appointment that will be prebooked before she leaves).
Cancellation Policy
If you need to CANCEL your appointment, you will need to contact us directly (910) 629-2769. Appointments can be cancelled as long as you are canceling 48 hours or more before your scheduled appointment date and time. Your deposit will be forfeited. ***All booking deposits are non-refundable*** If you CANCEL your appointment less than 48 hours before your scheduled appointment date and time, your booking deposit will be forfeited and you will be required to book a new appointment with a new deposit. If you NO CALL / NO SHOW your appointment, your booking deposit will be forfeited. If you would like to book another appointment you will be required to pay at least 50% of the total service cost for that appointment up front in order for your booking to be confirmed and accepted. NO CALL / NO SHOW will only be allowed one time per client before him or her will be banned from booking any future appointments. If you need to RESCHEDULE your appointment, you will need to contact us directly (910) 629-2769. You can reschedule your appointment with your booking deposit transferred if more than 48 hours notice is given. We will allow you to reschedule your appointment twice. Your appointment will be cancelled if you attempt to reschedule a third time, you will need to book a new appointment with a new deposit. Reschedules will not be accepted if less than 48 hours notice is given. Your appointment will be cancelled and your booking deposit will be forfeited. You will need to book a new appointment with a new deposit. I'm running late to my appointment, can I still come? We will give you a 15 minute grace period if you are running late to your appointment. If you arrive later than 15 minutes, we will need to cancel your appointment so we are not running behind and rushing your service. Your booking deposit will be forfeited. You will need to book a new appointment with a new deposit. Please contact us if you know you are going to be late as we might be able to make accommodations to keep your appointment.
