Service Description

This is a full touch up to refresh and rebuild the brows! A full brow mapping will be done if needed to re-establish your shape and a complete Nano Brow will be done. PLEASE SEND PHOTOS OF YOUR BROWS PRIOR TO BOOKING. This session must only be booked if your most recent session was done 12-36 months prior. IF YOUR LAST HOLLIEWOOD BROW SESSION WAS DONE MORE THAN 36 MONTHS AGO, YOU MUST BOOK AS A NEW CLIENT. ONLY FOR CLIENTS THAT RECEIVED THEIR INITIAL SERVICE WITH HOLLIEWOOD BROWS & BEAUTY! IF YOU RECEIVED SEMI-PERMANENT BROW SERVICES ELSEWHERE IN THE PAST, PLEASE BOOK AS A NEW CLIENT.

Cancellation Policy

If you need to CANCEL your appointment, you will need to contact us directly (910) 629-2769. Appointments can be cancelled as long as you are canceling 48 hours or more before your scheduled appointment date and time. Your deposit will be forfeited. ***All booking deposits are non-refundable*** If you cancel or your appointment less than 48 hours before your scheduled appointment date and time, you will receive an invoice with a cancellation fee that must be paid in order to book a new appointment. Short notice cancellation fees are 20% of the total cost of service for which you booked. Your booking deposit will be forfeited. If you need to RESCHEDULE your appointment, you will need to contact us directly (910) 629-2769. You can reschedule your appointment with your booking deposit transferred if more than 48 hours notice is given. We will allow you to reschedule your appointment twice. Your appointment will be cancelled if you attempt to reschedule a third time, you will need to book a new appointment with a new deposit. Reschedules will not be accepted if less than 48 hours notice is given. Your appointment will be cancelled and you will receive an invoice with a cancellation fee that must be paid in order to book a new appointment. I'm running late to my appointment, can I still come? We will give you a 15 minute grace period if you are running late to your appointment. If you arrive later than 15 minutes, we will need to cancel your appointment so we are not running behind and rushing your service. you will receive an invoice with a cancellation fee that must be paid in order to book a new appointment.
